Policy Guidelines and Conditions

Only candidates for high school graduation of the current school year are qualified to take the UST Entrance Test (USTET).
-
The following applicants must secure clearance from the UST Registrar's Office before submitting their Application and Grades Form:
- Passers of Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) and the Non-Formal Education Accreditation and Equivalency (NFEA&E)
- Students who are graduates of the previous school year
- Candidates for graduation from foreign schools
- Foreigners graduating from local schools
(Please bring original academic records, certification for passing PEPT/NFEA&E and alien certificate of registration papers or passport, when applicable)
Application Procedures

Applicants are advised to apply online. (Click here for online application).

After accomplishing the Application and Grades Form, with the reference number found on the upper right hand corner, for Metro Manila applicants proceed to any Metrobank branch to pay the non-refundable application fee. For provincial applicants, please pay at the nearest Provincial Testing Center.

Request the Registrar’s Office of your school to accomplish the High School Grades Form. Make sure that the school principal or registrar head signs the High School Grades Form.

Forward the following documents to OFAD personally or through any courier service (e.g. LBC, UPS, FedEx, DHL):
Accomplished Application and Grades Form together with the Information Survey
UST copy of your test permit with one (1) 2”x 2” picture (with name and signature at the back) identical to the picture stapled to the Applicant’s copy
Clear Photocopy of :

School ID

Metrobank deposit slip (do not send original copy)

Print your test permit three (3) working days after paying the non-refundable application fee at any Metrobank branch.
Important Reminders

To avoid problems in the release of your USTET results, please forward the complete set of documents to the Office for Admissions (OFAD) personally or through any courier service.

Metro Manila applicants are strongly advised to deposit their non-refundable application fee in cash at any Metrobank branch, or online at http://www/metrobankdirect.com. Payments will not be accepted at the Office for Admissions (OFAD).

Please take note of the USTET schedules and their corresponding deadlines for the payment of the non-refundable application fee and submission of documents.

The following are grounds for forfeiture of the right to enrol or debarment in the succeeding semester if discovered in the current semester.
- Misrepresentation of information entered in the Application and Grades Form / Information survey
- Misrepresentation during examination
- Any violation of the instructions given.

Visit the OFAD website and activity log in your Freshmen Admission Account every Friday for any announcement.
Requirements for Admission
A foreign student who qualifies for admission must present/submit the following to the Office of the Registrar:

Student Visa secured from the Philippine Foreign Service Post in the country of origin or legal residence.

Five (5) copies of the Student’s Personal History Statement (PHS) duly signed by him/her, all in English, his/her personal seal, if any, and containing among others, his/her left and right thumb- prints and a 2”x2” photograph on plain white background taken not more than six months prior to submission.

Transcript of Records/Scholastic Records duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post located in the student applicant’s country of origin or legal residence.

A notarized Affidavit of Support including bank statements or notarized notice of grant for institutional scholars to cover expenses for the student’s accommodation and subsistence, as well as school dues and other incidental expenses.

Photocopy of data page of the student’s passport showing date and place of birth, and birth certificate or its equivalent duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post.
